OFFICIAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Presented by Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI)
These Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the All Aisles Lead to Barbados Romance Program (“Program”). By submitting an application or participating in any way, couples agree to be bound by these Terms.
This Program is open only to eligible residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law.

JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”) is the flight certificate provider only and is not responsible for Program administration. - PROGRAM PERIOD
The Program operates from December 5, 2025 through May 31, 2026 (“Program Period”).During this time, up to ten qualified couples will receive the Award described in these Terms.
Once the Program reaches capacity, no further Awards will be issued, even if entries remain open through May 31, 2026. - TRAVEL WINDOW
Qualified couples must plan their wedding in Barbados for travel taking place between: January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027. - ELIGIBILITY
To participate, applicants must:
- Be legal residents of the United States
- Be 21 years of age or older at the time of submission
- Intend to host their wedding at a participating partner hotel in Barbados
- Book and pay for an official wedding package at that hotel
- Meet all qualification requirements outlined in Section 6
Employees, officers, agents, and immediate family or household members of BTMI, JetBlue, participating hotels, and related agencies are not eligible.
- PARTICIPATING HOTELS
Couples must book and host their wedding at one of the following BTMI partner properties:
- O2 Beach Club & Spa
- Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle
- Waves Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection (guests may stay at participating Marriott properties)
- The Crane Resort
- Sea Breeze Beach House
Weddings must be booked through a hotel’s official wedding package.
- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for a Program Award, couples must complete both Stage 1 and Stage 2 and receive BTMI approval.
Stage 1 – Initial Qualification (must occur within the Program Period)
Couples must submit:- The official BTMI qualification form at http://www.allaislesleadtobarbados.com/ or http://www.visitbarbados.org/
- A signed hotel contract with a participating partner hotel
- The contract must show:
- A minimum of 30 guests (equal to 15 rooms)
- Guestrooms booked under an official room block
- A confirmed wedding package at the same hotel
- Guests counted toward the 30-person requirement must plan to stay at least 4 nights
Stage 2 – Final Qualification (must be completed 90 days before travel)
Couples must submit:- Proof of payment for the contracted room block
- Proof of payment for the hotel’s wedding package
- Final confirmation of 30 guests (15 rooms) booked under the room block
- PROGRAM AWARDS
Each qualified couple selected under this Program will receive the following Award (“Award”), subject to availability and overall Program capacity as described in Section 2.
FOR THE COUPLE
- Roundtrip flights for two persons (flight certificate terms apply)
- Complimentary five-night stay at the participating partner hotel where the wedding is booked
- Room category: Ocean View room or suite (based on hotel’s standard category and availability; this is not an upgrade inclusion)
- VIP Fast Track arrival service and private airport transfers
- $250 USD spa credit per couple
- Professional island photoshoot
- One private island experience
- Welcome bottle of Bajan rum
FOR WEDDING GUESTS
- One-hour welcome cocktail reception for hotel guests only
- Group rum-tasting experience
- Cultural entertainment at the welcome reception or wedding
- Locally curated guest gifts
- On-island concierge support

IMPORTANT PROGRAM RULES
- All inclusions are subject to availability
- Blackout periods apply, determined by each participating hotel
- Awards are granted only after completion of Stage 1 and Stage 2
- Guests must stay at least four nights at the participating property
- Guests must be booked under the official room block to qualify toward the 30-person requirement
- The couple must host their wedding at the participating hotel where the contract is held
- Awards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted
- BTMI is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or late documentation

VETTING & NOTIFICATION
After both qualification stages are completed, a BTMI Destination Wedding Specialist will review all submitted documentation and notify couples in writing if they have met all requirements.
Once overall Program capacity has been reached, any additional applicants who complete the qualification steps will be informed that Awards are no longer available.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By participating in the Program, couples agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless BTMI, JetBlue, participating hotels, affiliated agencies, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Participation in the Program
- Use or misuse of the Award
- Travel to or from Barbados
- On-island activities
- Wedding-related events
- Any Program-related or travel-related activity
This includes, without limitation, claims related to delays, cancellations, changes in service, or acts outside the control of BTMI, JetBlue, or participating partners. - CONTENT CAPTURE, PUBLICITY AND MEDIA RIGHTS
By participating in the Program and accepting an Award, each couple grants BTMI and its designees, including JetBlue and participating partner hotels, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any photo, video, audio, or other content captured in connection with the Program and the couple’s wedding and related experiences in Barbados (“Program Content”) for a period of three (3) years from the wedding date.
Program Content may be used in BTMI’s and its designees’ international marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, and promotional materials in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Couples acknowledge and agree that:
- BTMI may edit, adapt, or modify Program Content in its discretion, provided it is not used in a misleading manner.
- BTMI has no obligation to use any Program Content.
- Couples are responsible for informing their wedding guests that photo and video content may be used for promotional purposes and for securing any permissions or releases that may be required from third parties they engage, such as photographers or videographers, to allow such use.

Personal information collected through this Program will be used in accordance with:

- JETBLUE FLIGHT CERTIFICATE TERMS
JetBlue flight certificates are subject to:
- Blackout dates
- Availability and capacity controls
- Taxes and fees (responsibility of the traveler)
- Non-transferability
- No cash value
- Change/cancel restrictions
- JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage

BTMI reserves the right to:
- Verify all submitted documents
- Correct clerical or typographical errors
- Disqualify applicants who submit false or incomplete information
- Modify or terminate the Program if necessary
